Last year Microsoft tried to buy out Yahoo! and they declined the buy out. So Microsoft is trying again for $45 billion. They are taking this offer straight to share holders hoping they cannot refuse. This is the last step before a ‘hostile take over’ We will see how quickly this moves, or if it moves at all.
